I been into photography since about the year 2000. I experimented a little bit with photography before then, but started to really get into it about then. What got me into the hobby? Well I love several things in life and thought I could capture the moments and relish them later on with photos. I am a huge aviation fan, storm chaser, and I love nature. All of these things inspired me to become a photographer. Many think my photos are awesome. But I personally think I can do better. I think the saying “Our worst critic, is ourselves” takes a huge role in this. I have sat back and looked at some of my work, and thought to myself “WOW, I took this?! How did I ever become so good?” LOL I guess from experimenting with the camera and settings and learning from trial and error, is how I became who I am today. Most of my work is un~edited. I do not like to edit my photos. I like to get them straight out from the camera. If they don’t turn out, then I go back and do it again, until I get it right.
